Inovex Consumer Privacy Policy

Inovex is committed to preserving and safeguarding your right to privacy. Inovex voluntarily adheres to the Canadian Standards Association Model Code for the Protection of Personal Information. Inovex also collects both aggregate and user-specific information on what web pages consumers' access or visit, and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and contest application information.

Complaints. Inovex may collect information about you if you contact Inovex with a consumer complaint or request. The information collected may include your name, address, telephone number, email address, date of birth and facts regarding the complaint or request.

Marketing Research. In addition, Inovex may collect information about you if you participate in any Inovex marketing research. The information collected may include your name, address, telephone number, email address, date of birth, gender, income and facts regarding your consumer habits and preferences.

Contests and Promotions. Lastly, Inovex may collect information about you if you participate in any Inovex contest or promotion. The information collected may include your name, address, telephone number, email address, date of birth, and facts relevant to the contest or promotion participation.

Inovex may also disclose personal information to assist it in collecting a dept owed by you.

Inovex does not retain any customer and project related data beyond the life of any project. All sensitive customer data and related project files are kept secure during the project life cycle. At the completion of the project, all sensitive information is destroyed/deleted in order to protect customer data.

Inovex understands the importance of protecting your personal information and uses the latest Internet security protocols to protect personal information collected through the Website. However, you should be aware that the Internet is not a secured medium. Therefore, Inovex does not represent or warrant the complete security of the personal information provided by you to Inovex through the Website.
